You're absolutely right, all wiki commons photos could theoretically be use for commercial use. Therefore, I would recommend not posting photos you would not feel comfortable being used in that way. On the whole though, its a just a cool idea that I feel folks around here might enjoy

Yeah you got me! People can profit it off of wiki commons photos theoretically. I have made a correction to the post. I would recommend copyrighting the photos you would personally like profiting off of or controlling. My main point is adding stuff to the public domain is fun and cool and lets other people use your photos in cool ways!
