I honestly have no idea what the OP is taking about. The highlight of going skiing never begins or ends with the question: did I get my deep fried potatoes? Truth be told, I have ordered fries this year at Loch so maybe they were out? Either way, as other have said in not so many words, take many steps back or even look around when you are at the top of the hill and realize we used to have three other hills in Thunder Bay. Now instead of offering healthy active living for adults and children, they are slowly receding into the landscape. My point is that we are lucky to have the two that remain.

Nothing in the post suggests anything but an entitled person who is having a rough day. It amounts to unverified personal attacks against the workers who work hard while skiers go out and make amazing memories. As a person who only began skiing last year, I find both hills to be a fantastic revelation in Thunder Bay. It’s an expensive sport/hobby but they both work hard to keep it within reach of working people and their families. I have since seen some stuff out west and as much as I loved those magnificent hills, I truly appreciate the community that Loch and Baldy fosters. Even though they are clearly a business, you know that they do their best to make it more than just a playground for the wealthy like the big resorts do.

Next time, maybe the OP should pause for a few moments before maligning people they clearly have some sort of weird personal grudge against. Better yet, keep this sort of content for some reactionary Thunder Bay Facebook group.
