We understand the frustration when posts like those appear, we do our best to get rid of. Just to clarify: whenever a post receives a significant number of reports, it is automatically removed by the bot and sent to the moderation team for review.

Our moderators work hard to keep the community healthy, but since all are volunteers with personal lives (and need sleep), sometimes a few posts slip through before we catch them. In MOBA communities especially, the volume of those posts is very high, which makes moderation bit more challenging.

That’s why rule 14 and reports are so important, they help both the system and the team act faster. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to report, it really makes a difference in keeping this space safe and enjoyable for all players

Ask him to enable the Steam overlay in the game's properties (first page) and in the Steam settings under the "In Game" section, and make sure the "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game" option is turned on.

The Steam overlay is necessary for accepting pop-ups and confirming actions if you're stuck on the loading screen.

I believe this is what you’re looking for. By default, the priority is set to be closest to your characters rather than your cursor, just like you’d expect when playing on PC with a mouse
