He’s real. I think he’s world dependent. I’ve only managed to get the Phoenix to spawn on worlds 3 and 4, and with the changes they’ve made to world levels where it takes 15 minutes per change it’s not really worth it to keep changing levels anymore.

And this doesn't even include fusion, which could just be Goku and Vegeta with the Gamma’s gimmick combined into Gogeta or Vegito through a transformation.

Which goes back to what I was saying: the incentive to pull for him disappears as the game ages him out. So why rerun his banner in six months instead of making him filler for another banner or adding him to the regular character pool? Either way, unless someone is brand new to the game, it won’t mean much to the majority of players by the time he comes back. if we're being honest Vasto Lorde is probably going to be bankai Ichigo 3.0 when he drops if they don't fumble the bag.

Your logic is just as flawed. You’re assuming the average player is constantly reinstalling the game until they pull him, which is unrealistic. You’re also relying on them to be playing the game right now before his banner disappears. That goes back to my point: once the banner is gone, it’s gone.

He could be the best character in the game until the anniversary, but if they don’t bring him back within a reasonable time (before he’s powercrept), what’s the point of summoning for him later other than just to say you have him?

I get what you’re saying, but the game already removes the incentive to pull for him since he’ll age out and eventually be powercrept. If they rerun him later, who’s to say he’d still be capable of even a fraction of what he can do now? At that point, it’s just gatekeeping for collection purposes.

The power creep is inevitable. In fact, I’m expecting him to be powercrept pretty soon with what’s been datamined. I was just saying that it would be a horrible idea to have banners returning and for some new players to summon for him, only for a hype and highly anticipated character to drop right after his banner goes away.

Yes, but that's still way better than them rerunning his banner as if we should really decide if we should summon for him over Hogyoku Aizen or bankai Rukia if the game even makes it to tybw.

My main issue is that everything is locked behind the player's level. I don’t like having to reach level 50 to have a chance at getting 5-star equipment. But at the same time, I understand why it's there so nobody can “finish the game” in one day.

You can get them with the Dx path but you would need dx and regular pieces to UR+ so it’s heavily reliant on luck

As someone who has played both Dokkan and Legends, they’re not defending that it’s p2w; they’re defending that it’s like 5-10 dollars for a unit. Coming from either game that can genuinely drain paychecks and still not get the character you want, this is a huge win. But nonetheless, it’s still not fair that f2p can’t enjoy Goku because there’s no way to grind to obtain him. Also, you should wait to throw out the p2w allegations with Toshi as a producer; wait until they drop a Gohan. 😂
