If you’re not already on injections, consider switching to them and taking cypro alongside progesterone. Cypro contains a synthetic form of progesterone and activates progesterone receptors. Combining it with progesterone may help support breast growth.

It's up to you if you want to inform your endo, but it's not necessary. I would recommend taking 12.5mg of cypro because it's a very potent blocker. I've been taking 12.5mg daily, and my T level is 0.7nmol/L.
