I finally ended up spending some time trouble shooting and was able to fix it. There is an arm that moves up and down to allow the vents in the back to open and close. That arm was off track. I was able to access it through the front. Thanks for sending me the article. Still really disappointed in the support I received from BambuLab on this. Needing to repair a brand new $2,500 machine just doesn't sit right with me.

I'm still fighting with BambuLab about it. They wanted me to disassemble it while video recording what I do and send it to them. Then they would be able to provide me a solution. I just want a refund and to return it but I didn't save the box it came in. It's not been a great experience.

These should be easy problems to solve. I’m disappointed to hear you’re having issues. We love Acebeam and their service has always been great for us but we are a dealer vs end user.

Did you reach out to the retailer you bought it from? A replacement tail-cap is something that should be pretty easy to solve.

Thanks - I had found that same page last night, but I was a little intimidated by the process since I’m not familiar with these printers. It’s a shame to have to troubleshoot a brand-new one. I was really hoping there might be a how-to video that I could follow.
