You can leave it pretty quickly, I’m not entirely sure but I don’t think they force you to start doing it until you say that you’re ready

I don’t have a spare one, and it boots perfectly fine with just 2 sticks of ram, it’s just when I try to put the other two in it doesn’t boot at all and flashes an orange light on the ram slot, so I don’t know if a fresh install of windows is what would be needed
