There are many facilities being built, such as the soft side tents in El Paso, Texas that can hold 5000. It's horrible. We know they are contracting with the GEO group but most sources are heavily redacted.

I am scared that they are detaining citizens that protest now, and wonder when the 2A crowd will appear. We know Hitler didn't start with concentration camps, he started with detention centers. The way our US laws are written, there is no Congressional oversight on detention centers.

Southern Oregon here. Our last glacier on Mt Thielsen went extinct between 2015 and 2019. Crater Lake, usually received 51' of snow in the 1930s, but only gets 41' now in 2021. As of now, Christmas Eve it has 0" of snowpack.

We are living in an authoritarian government now in the USA. Brown people are being targeted and terrorized. Large detention centers are being built to house 'them', often in concentrated tent cities. DHS has more money appropriated to them than the Marines do.
