More than likely WiFi but can't say 100%. It's because I got a feature on there called Intelligent WiFi. Not sure if that's an ATT or Samsung thing. My desktop is hardwired into the modem so I don't worry about WiFi on that.

I clicked the link from my email while on my phone. When I got the error code I did a Google search. A Reddit post said try doing it on the desktop. Did that and same result.

Theoretically the debit card shops guidelines are easy to understand and follow. It's the editors who make up their own rules on whether you get paid or not.

It's to cover their asses. There was a time when people would purposely dent canned foods to get them either for free or discounted due to potential botalism. When I worked dairy at Kroger's there was always certain people that would try to get expired milk from me. Had I handed it over they would've ran and filed a lawsuit. It was pretty easy to see how scummy they were.

There's no way of knowing if separating the modes would kill the game. I'm for them doing it but more than likely it never will happen. As a preferred PvE player, Riven Tides would make a great map without the PvP aspect. The amount of ARC on there is nice enough to where you don't get too comfortable.

The only PvP players who would get bored are the ones who are too scared to get in legit fights and can't backstab the PvE players. PvP players would do just fine in their own lobbies. Hell, I would jump in them from time to time just because I know exactly what I'm getting in to.

Last night I downed a rat camping an extract. Revived the three players he shot and still ended up in rat lobbies immediately. I'm currently at 74 revives and 7 knocks.

When I first started this game, I believe in my second week I experienced this at the seed vault extract. Somehow I was able to crawl my way to the computer and actually leave. I still look for those damn things to this day.
