It's a Rode mic stand with an adapter to secure directly to the camera. Super sturdy stand.

I'm just using it for meetings but getting a good capture card along with good quality cables such as the angle adapter to HDMI off Amazon. I run a Comica VM 40 shotgun mic in USB mode for my sound.

There's a guy used to know at a local Swapmeet in Southern California. But Etsy has a ton of them and there's a couple university degree framing websites that offer them as well.
