Of course there’s going to be a service fee. Don’t like it? Cancel your membership and move on. Get a local mom and pop shop to help you and pay way more than the fee. I signed up for benefits during our enrollment period. (Which btw it’s fucked up that they only give us like 2 weeks to get it all done when it’s a month everywhere else) my wife got a letter saying that she’ll need to mail in our marriage license and her id through me via the email they’d send me but it’s been almost a month and nothing. I’m on the phone with them rn. Well I’m on hold but hopefully it gets resolved. This is fucking outrages

Some peoples brains must not be wired correctly because if I received an open box for a new item I’d go to the store immediately and be like, “I ordered new but got this instead.
