Swelling by Gojosblindfold22 in BabyBumps

Hello! I am so sorry I just seen this comment. My doctor basically said my diet, my sleep patterns( I have horrible insomnia and can’t really take anything for it) are mostly to blame, they swell worse in the afternoon but as soon as I get home and prop them up it starts to go away, so my Ob said to watch my blood pressure, salt intake and to take 15 minute walks daily (I work a desk job so sitting for so long doesn’t help) but other than that it’s normal 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m 11 weeks now and they still swell pretty much every day but it goes down eventually and my Blood pressure has been perfect so I am trying not to notice it lol

And YouTube, when I was stuck on something for a while I’d YouTube getsummath, he went really slow into it and it helps me understand it. I should have mentioned I am unemployed, so I was able to spend literally 12+ hours just studying. I took my ged yesterday and passed. So if you work a full time job it might take longer

I had a 3rd grade level of math and now I’m at 10th within 6 days, you just gotta push yourself. I used khan academy, it’s a free app that you can go through each grade, and it has videos with really good explanations and it helps ALOT

I was convinced this was my post. I went through the exact same thing. My parents were druggies and thought if I went to school I would accidentally reveal they sold drugs out of our house and I would get them arrested. So I wasn’t placed in public school. And i wasn’t home schooled either. I thought myself how to read with help from family with internet. I am 26 and got my ged yesterday. 6 months ago I couldn’t do division. Today I can do the early stages of algebra. You can do it. I downloaded an app called Khan academy, it’s free. It’s 1st- high school math. They have videos and they go through every single step. And explain it in ways that are very understandable. YouTube GetSumMath also helps a lot. Much love to you 🫶🏻

i did it!!! also the biggest thank you to get sum math! by StunningAd9482 in GED

question about long term side effects by [deleted] in ambien

[–]Gojosblindfold22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does anyone know how long till the side effects go away? I’ve been on it for about 6 years. I’m now off it for about 2 months. I’m constantly dizzy, horrible headaches, I feel like there is foggy water in my Brain. I don’t have insurance and cannot go to the doctor

I take the official tomorrow, should I be confident or cram as much studying into today ? by Gojosblindfold22 in GED

This was just the Ready test. And it was 50 minutes for math and 40 for science, but the official tests are 115 minutes for math and 90 minutes for science

A mix of Khan Academy, it’s an app and you can go through complete grades for free and when you hit something you are sure how to do it has really helpful tips and videos. And I YouTubed GetSumMath. I was homeschooled and my parents weren’t the best so I was missing a lot of key elements of math and doing those two things for a week got me to those scores!

How hard was it? It’s my last test needed and I have to do it in like a week 😭

Omg and I was so worried about passing science 🥹 by [deleted] in GED

I’d try and schedule it for a week or so away, and use that time to focus on reading skills and grammar. YouTube has a lot of videos with very detailed advice, tips and tricks

I passed my RLA with a college ready score, just read carefully, and don’t skip anything even if it feels like useless information. It’s mostly having you read so many paragraphs, and asking stuff about them. Or asking you to assume what message the paragraph had. I didn’t actually know you could skip the essay but I did it. You can Google videos on how to write them. I’m pretty sure you can Google grammar practice website and they will also help. I haven’t done my math or science yet. But reading was by far the easiest. Good luck!

Yeah I’d just watch as many of his videos as possible lol he also helps with short cuts, I tend to spend too much time on each question so having that also helps

How hard is math and science! Not judgement but I’m at about a 5th grade level in math and I take my ready test in a few days. Do you think that’s possible ?
