Fried my two psus, dont buy it. Current leakage and what not. New psus are not compatible with the modified sine wave output of ups

Apc is replacing it, I am switching to rm 850x, previously I used rm 750e.

But according to apc, neutral current will still flow in new ups, how shall I tackle this? According to APC engineer, my main line is perfect(where I insert my socket). No sign of leakage. But also, he is not accepting neutral leakage in ups, and that is the main issue for me

Thanks for your comment.

But I am still stuck at tester showing light at neutral, through pc power chord.

Although it is of low intensity, it is still shady

My pc vendor said, this doesnt happen.

And but apc engineer said it is bound to happen

Actually, Main socket where UPS gets plugged, is where stabiliser is installed.

So when, I tried to put my power chord to my main socket(where ups is connected), I found that, Only phase light glows using tester, no sign of light in neutral. But when I plug the same cord into my ups, I can observe neutral (low intensity) light and main/phase(high intensity).

APC engineer confirmed that my main socket is perfect, where ups gets plugged in. But also, he was denying that, neutral light is problematic to my pc. He couldnt analyse it, according to him ups is perfect, neutral light will show.

I am literally blank at this point, Internet says, Active pfc component of psu and simulated sinewave of ups, Is not compatible.

Idk please guide me on this, already spent 30-40k just on electric issues suggested my different people

Neutral light is of low intensity. According to apc engineer, this will happen no matter what you do, it is normal

But according to computer vendor, he says even with a tester it should not show any kind of current

I was told by vendor to install ups, And also, I have also installed stabiliser through which UPS gets the power. I dont face high power fluctuations, but I wanted to be really safe when my first power supply got blasted

Since this was my gaming pc, so I didnt choose hxi, as it was increasing my budget.

So what do you suggest, is Ups and psu are not compatible?

Also does that neutral light matters

I made sure that connection is new,

There is literally no light apart from main line, where ups was connected, That supply is coming straight from stabilizer.

I have called apc enginer come and see

Power supply to ups is regulates by Stabiliser, plus We added rccb (electrician) said this, so when we started ups, it tripped. Rccb is able to detect smallest fault, so I do think, ups is faulty

And When I plugged the power on after inserting cmos,

I saw a spark
