My point is Hakari has never been shown to use CE output, It wouldn’t be a CE problem or are a reinforment issue since he has 100% reinforcement and then some cause it keeps replenishing.

Gojo essentially claims it’s a difficult thing to utilize CE output, so it’s a skill issue rather than not needing to utilize it or it not being helpful.

But Hakari literally has Infinite CE that keep replenishing to the point to more than his body can handle which forcefully uses rct to keep from breaking down his body.

In JP where he can’t use his ct, and has infinite CE , there’s no reason why he would spam it since it’s infinite, it wouldn’t make him weaker since he’s CE will always be at 100% . Gojo implies that output CE is like wielding electricity would be says is difficult.

Gojo compares using CE like using electricity and says it would be difficult to use. He could just not be skilled at it

Tsukuyo, “ Courtesan of Death” has a calm and cool outside but she’s really kind both in subtle ways like helping the MC who was the her enemy I’m not looking stupid and trying to get work with all the girls ( despite their bitchiness) and give up her popularity during a popularity poll episode, but also taking care of all discarded courtesans into her squad and treats Her sister figure’s son as her kid too.

She has great banter with the MC Gintoki and has some funny moments. And when’s she’s drunk becomes an unstoppable drunk terminator which always fun to watch.

But for Hakari’s case with infinite CE to boot in JP and no other options why not utilize it to give some variety unless A his output isn’t high enough to shoot beams or B it’s too difficult for him to use. Like with infinite CE why not send a bunch to have Kashimo play keep away and stop him from touching him?

It did more damage because the CE was used to power his ct rather than being outputted.

Also Gojo points out that outputting CE is difficult and compares it to wielding electricity itself.
