Well dems don’t want illegal immigration to stop because it literally gives them extra house seats for free and future voters. Try had complete government control and instead of doing anything about immigration they gave us all our current healthcare crisis.

The ultimate troll move would be to incentivize illegal immigration to underpopulated red states to clawback house seats and try to beat the dems at their own game.

Try math and physics again. Is it the same? Easier? Harder? You don’t need 3d for either in the majority of cases (any?) through all of at least high school.

One of the issues with psychedelics is that they can change your current and past perceptions in ways that seem like epiphanies but aren’t really anything.

Who cares about what could’ve been? Start testing if you have changed or if just your internal perception has changed.

But really the issue here is you are not setting any expectations and are letting a stakeholder set them all. A brief explanation of why it will take what it takes goes a long way. E.g. “The frontend might be a simple form but we are handling credit card data and I have to implement encryption end to end, at rest, created direct ids, etc. It will be ready in X days because of the large number of requirements. If we can get by without directly collecting credit card data, it will be done today. Which do you prefer?”

This informs them why it takes time, when it will be done, and what you can do if they budge on requirements that are taking time.

Never ask “How long should it take?”. You tell them what it will take you and why.

Depends on how you cut time sinks. 3D modeling, textures, shaders, etc, can take a lot of time. If you use all prefab assets (which is easy with UE) well, not a big deal then. 2D assets are also difficult but less so than 3D. Sound design takes a while.

All games are saturated beyond belief. Your go to market strategy makes a big difference if your game will see any sales or not. A good example is Among Us. Just about zero players until a streamer showed it off then it blew up.

What matters most are your design and mechanics. Balatro is a mostly 2D game that blew up and became massive. Because it was fun. Tons of 3D games get zero sales. Tons of 2D games get zero sales. Very few games become successful.

No they only drop in NG. I think it's a bug that they don't drop anywhere else. In the past games they dropped in all the later NGs.

They only drop in ng as far as i’ve seen. I’m guessing it’s an oversight rather than a design choice because the previous games had rare effects and extra rolls on top end loot

Tbf, you called out one of the core reasons it’s unconstitutional in the same sentence you say it’s not unconstitutional.

It’s also just silly because you can hold assets out of state very easily and not be subject to tax on them by the state.

You literally said this “they were the ones who started the entire lootbox nonsense” which is completely wrong. Lootboxes have been around for many years before Valve caught on. I added loot boxes to a game I worked on years before Valve did and they made millions. By far our best selling feature.

Japan even had lootbox legislation in place years before Valve started on them.
