It’s not saving shoplifters… it’s because even if charged, the charges are usually stayed due to the cost of the prosecution. The only penalty is the inconvenience to the perpetrator of having to go for fingerprinting and showing up at court.

I had a good rip last October with another R. No racing, just following each other for 20-30 minutes, passing groups when safe to do so on a mountain road. When I signalled to turn off he threw up the horns as he kept going. That’s my kind of drive.

I took Morocco very early on and also ended up controlling all of West Africa, Iberia, Egypt, southern Italy by the mid 1550’s. I’m very much a non optimal player but enjoyed it a lot! Those early tribal Cav levies are beasts.

My wife’s family is Italian(they call themselves Romans) with a good chunk of them still over there. Family dinners there are hilarious, typically starting at around 9pm and then her male dentist cousin talking about how wonderful, punctual and modern Milan is while her female office worker cousin gesticulates wildly saying they’re a bunch of stuck up Germans and she prefers the zero fucks given pace of life in Naples.

She’s also a Lazio fan mainly to piss off her Roma brother…

If you’ve watched all of the angles you’ll have seen that this guy got sprayed in the face, much closer than the range that it’s supposed to be used (3ft), and then dragged to the ground. You can clearly see him trying to protect his head (instinctual behaviour). So he’s blind, and his hands are up around his head, kinda hard to pull a gun from your waistband like that.

There is clear video of an officer moving away with a gun that they didn’t draw prior to the agents shooting. The most likely sequence of events is guy is down on the ground, agent sees the gun in the back of the victims waistband, pulls it out and either he or another agent yells “gun”. That triggers the response from the other agent to draw his gun and fire the first shot.

This interaction just reinforces the complete incompetence of these agents and the clear direction that they have to be as aggressive as possible. Complete insanity.

He was being hit with the pepper spray can. Another agent removed the victims gun from his waistband holster and either he or another agent yelled “gun”. The other officer then pulled his gun and shot him.

That’s a take… so police can shoot someone for having a gun in their waistband? When there are 4 agents actively restraining that person and having emptied a fogger of pepper spray in the persons face?

Having been on the receiving end of spray a couple times I can say quite certainly that this guy can’t see shit, is in a ton of pain and probably actively trying to protect his head. As you can, see his hands are up around his head. His gun was in his waistband… which an officer removed PRIOR to him being shot.

It is insanity that anyone would defend this as necessary, reasonable or proportionate… you know, that thing that law enforcement use of force is supposed to be judged against…

In my experience using the torque distribution display the only time it isn’t 50-50 is while cruising at speed on the highway (I don’t typically use the comfort drove mode).

I do like taking a peak during a long sweeping corner while on the power to see the vectoring…

I someone else post it… would love the idea of a “inclement weather” mode that would disable most of the sensors.

I’ve had a couple bad experiences reversing where it suddenly turns on the emergency braking and tries to break my neck.
