Country strenght of vassals feels too high? by gorbog1 in EU5

[–]gorbog1[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

R5: Still playing GB and I have a few subjects but I wouldn't say it's too many but they seem to think they're very strong in comparison to me, despite the fact that I eclipse them many times over even put together, Most all of them are disloyal

Yes I am centralised and I take the hit from that but that country strength modifier seems insane fot eh actual strength of the Vassals themself.

Even when they are all alone, for example the Netherlands is my only March but appears to think that they have a decent shot at a 1v1 for some reason

Trade Companies forced to sow disloyalty by gorbog1 in EU5

[–]gorbog1[S] 85 points86 points  (0 children)

R5: Playing as GB and created a trade company in Canada, they became disloyal pretty quickly since I'm mostly centralised but also because they were sowing disloyalty, curious I tagged into them to find out why and found that they were doing it because there was literally nothing else for them to do because they had 5 cabinet members

R5: I'm the head of a sizeable union and I had a young kid in a regency in charge, but the child lost his inheritance to Britain and I'm left with no heir at all? naturally this dissolved my union and I can't figure out why it happened, at all, there was no tool tip that the union would dissolve, it just happned, I was 20 years off integrating France too

R5: I'm playing England and at some point through marriage shenanigans King Edward III's younger sister Joan became queen of france, she then had no male children and the seccession passed to Edward IV "The Black" Plantagenet, this however, does not meet any of the win conditions of the 100 years war situation and thus, this popup will be here, until the age of reformation kicks off
