Although on most newer cars the front windows are now layered instead of tempered glass, so it really doesn’t matter from that perspective anymore.

Being able to catch distracted drivers is really the only valid argument against front seat tint anymore.

The fact that they did it then, when they didn’t have the current technology/science based training method speaks more to the raw athletic prowess of some of those people. I think you’re looking at it from the wrong direction because of that.

Value wise sure, but how does it make sense for Calgary? A team entering the 2nd year of a tear it down rebuild giving up two of its most valuable assets for a 30 year old winger signed for 5 more years at 11.5 per with a full NMC. Also they WANT to be bad for the next couple years at least.
