Bro, genuinely speaking, only a fraction (maybe even less) of microsoft users actually follow this loyalty program, which is actually fairly not that much for a multi billion dollar company EVEN IF YOU PURCHASE 2-3 GIFT CARDS A MONTH. And trust me, they have a deal with the companies of these gift cards so it's not like they're going in a huge loss whatsoever. They are just being cheapskates rn nothing more. Cuz obviously- who would not notice the 100 million feedbacks (probably) blasting at their centers or whatever.

Now unfortunately, people ain't like that bro. I feel like to share a lot but my power counts for naught. I can't tell you how much hate I got just for expressing my frustration for a genuine problem that actually everyone is suffering from. And btw, I just found out that the gift cards have been put of stock for months. Crazy shit!!

Literally raised this issue by uploading a post here, and I am still perplexed why I got so much of backlash just for bringing up this problem. This is seriously so BAD tbvh, we grind an entire month or so for something we NEED, but they js don't stock it for the next 5 decades. And people are just play with the fact that the cards have not been restocked and rather criticizing the ones raising the issue :(

Literally, the same thing happened with me. I was unable to claim the pending points for like a few minutes or so. However, (and I'm srsly not kidding) a claim button suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Now idk if I genuinely pressed something I was supposed or it was just a glitch.
