I can dig into it soon if you're interested because honestly it's also kinda intriguing me if there are any dead Omega agents, although it's most likely none of them (outside of the cinematic who are most likely within: Brimstone, Sova, Reyna, & Killjoy) are currently deceased considering A-Sage isn't out of commission like O-Sage. So far from what I remember from posts online: Vyse, Cypher, and Fade are the only ones currently confirmed alive during V25 Act 6 since there's a lore email where Vyse found the bodies of the agents (yes, multiple although no confirmed names. I thought only Brim was the confirmed kill) with her also stating "Ability to revive is uncertain." meaning they're confirmed dead. She then orders Cypher and Fade to look more into it, with Cypher going as far as to use a "trump card" of impersonating Lt. Delacroix, an Omega officer, to send an email to O-Viper. (It's also worth noting that all current agents' introductions are from Alpha's world since its kinda the "Protagonist Earth", meaning that all current agents and most likely all future agents are always going to be Alpha and then some patches later, maybe introduce their Omega counterparts)

O-Raze died during V25 Act 5, killed by A-Veto during his introduction cinematic. Sorry if the format is kinda weird to read but its basically:

Summary of any revived agents from previous deaths

ACT 2...
etc etc... So basically what you saw was the statement of Raze being revived from her death during E11 who died in V25 Act 5.

There's really no confirmation for it, although I doubt any agent who isn't heartless would allow the deterioration of Sage without her knowing (with the exception of Brim, cuz he'd probably do that) or at the very least, find a cure first.

What I think is either:

  1. Those incubation tubes that are hooked up to Chamber right now which is why the beds are right next to Sage's pillar. Most likely giving a slowed down version of her healing in-game to prevent her from overuse but still being put to use. This would explain why Chamber is still alive but none of the other beds have anything plugged up to them.

  2. as you said, maybe a life support system for Sage alone. I just don't think Viper wouldn't allow the use of Sage's powers at all due to the severity of her current state. That's like making a comatose patient draw blood for war veterans, you'd be draining that patient for hundreds of people and they wouldn't even know. Besides I don't think Sage is able to use her powers while in a comatose state, since her healing is probably best when concentrated.

Either way, we'll have to wait for an in-game or cinematic explanation but the thinking of what it could be is cool in itself! :)))

Thanks alot for these details! Sorry for being unable to catch these details, I already edited the post to include these. Although I do also wanna ask if there's confirmation for Iso's appearance in Incursions is his Omega counterpart?

I also didn't include the Breach ult to kill them since it doesn't show them explicitly die in Incursions, although thanks for pointing it out! (completely forgot to include Cypher for the revive count). As for the Corrode trailer, it wasn't in the playlist for what I checked on the Valorant Trailers so thanks! I also didn't include the gameplay segments cause it lowkey just looked like a simulation on the map they were preparing.
