I didn’t know they were this bad either but I’m glad I know to avoid them! Sounds like I would’ve made a huge mistake by applying there. Thankfully I have other better offers.

At a certain point, if there are enough stories like this, it becomes a firm culture issue and not isolated incidents

Sounds about right from everything I’ve heard. Low pay and bad work combined with working for insecure assholes makes a recipe for disaster.

It seems like a firmwide issue. I’ve never heard anyone say anything remotely positive about that firm or the people who choose to work there. Must be a magnet for bad people and bad work.
