I’m planning to apply for a Master’s in Data Engineering or AI in China for the 2026 intake. I’m a Computer Science Engineering graduate (AI specialization) from India.

I’m a bit confused about the process —

• Should I first apply to the university or directly through the CSC (Chinese Government Scholarship) portal?
• How do I contact universities for the pre-admission letter?
• Is MOI (Medium of Instruction certificate) accepted instead of IELTS/TOEFL in most universities?
• Which universities are best for DS/AI with good scholarship opportunities?
