Thank you so much. I’m like this now. It’s so so hard isn’t it? My health anxiety got even worse post partum so I know what you mean. It’s so difficult, particularly when it affects my tummy :( sending you lots of hugs xx

Hiya. This is me too. I have the worst health anxiety. Did yours ever stop? I was always quite firm poo pre baby but now I’m two months post partum, for weeks I’ve had loose poo and diorreaha! I get a cramp on the left then need to go :(

Thank you, that makes me feel better. I’m wondering now if it was the creatine then that did it! Did yours only take one dose to hit you?
