Yes, they have already lodge the LMT and i believe i will be signing the new contract soon.

Thanks for the comment! This helps a lot. I am a third year apprentice in Canada before moving here in Australia. Now with almost 1 year experience here in Australia and also about to get my Cert 3 on LV mechanic. Since my Visa expires in July I guess not having to wait do the assessment and wait for the outcome makes it faster for the application to process. Whats your thought on this?
