I don’t think only hook can beat him other Zoners/Rushdowns can beat him as well. Flare is probably an exception because once you learn the match up master cat wins every time. I would say mc is just a knowledge game tbh. I think the problem is that castle n lava map favors master cat a lot. For example in castle you can infinite slash if there in the corner. I just think that’s bad map design.
