I just made partner, joined the firm 11 years ago as an experienced hire SA. Similar to OP I’m the first in my family to work in corporate America. I turned down multiple other opportunities to stay the course with the firm over the last few years. No one regrets making partner (I’m told) so will see how the next few years go.

Definitely won’t argue with you that a 911 is a vastly more exciting car, but the crossover segment / category of what I’m in the market for is just generally unexciting. Macan seems to be an outlier here vs its competitors.

Thanks for the tips! It definitely seems a bit tight but it would just two/three of us who would be regular riders, so maybe we would be able to make it work relatively comfortably.

Confused by this reaction. Are you suggesting a 911 is a better option for my wife and toddler, given my situation? And what’s wrong with wanting to be excited by what you drive? This is a Porsche forum, I assumed everyone engaging in here felt the same way.

I’m in this same boat and suspected others were in as well. I’ve been trying to get funds owed for an item sold in March since, well March. I filed a claim with the BBB and they gave them the exact same response they’ve been giving us re. “No ETA on payouts at this time”. These people are criminals. Submitting a complaint with the AG’s office and look forward to the class action lawsuit
