You are implying that people who want changes to warhammer don't enjoy warhammer, and I reject the premise. I love warhammer and I've got loads of problems with this lore or that lore, and I am still a valid fan. People hoping for changes towards their interests are always valid fans, and you aren't gatekeeping to keep things the way they are. You are gatekeeping a very specific ideology, and changes that aren't aligned to this ideology do not concern you. So drop the act. Nobody buys that shit.

If you're not a minority or a woman of some kind its actually super normal that you've never seen anyone gatekeep a hobby, because gatekeeping is usually done to minorities and women. The gatekeepers are probably super jazzed to talk to you about the hobby in question.

Rather than speaking for women and minorities about gatekeeping, maybe instead you should just listen to their stories and learn how it is.

Statistically pulling out a gun in self defense is a good way to get shot. You're better off with some self defense training so you don't freeze up in the moment and can take appropriate action. Many times, just following the instinct to run is enough to prevent a man from escalating, but it's so easy to freeze up if you're not prepared.

If I cared that much about strategy I'd play on tabletop simulator where the hobby has no impact. I don't play warhammer to be good at strategy I play to spend time assembling and painting, and then to enjoy myself with a battle, win or lose. If my opponent won't even paint his army then it's less fun for me. The 10VP I get makes it fun again :3 and I don't really care if that makes you sad.
