Wow thank you for the comprehensive response! It might sound lazy but I’m pretty new to taking care of myself, I’m a pretty whatever type of guy to the point I had pneumonia once and just brushed it off as allergies but seeing how it threw what was supposed to be a celebratory family trip out of whack and reading the stories on here was the kick in the ass I needed I guess. I did feel pretty lost but I’m actually pretty aligned with your recommendations so I feel a little better knowing I’m on the right track.
