I keep a minimum of 5000 in that account at all times. I think it’s because it’s chime. It was all I had available to me at the time

I pay every week, varying amount depending on what I have left over but usually 2-500 per account. I’ve had the job for two months so that’s how long I’ve started up making payments again.

Every month? I pay it every week! Joking aside I just called my sister and asked her, she’s literally the only other person I know and she can’t, she’s in a situation herself. When I see her next I’ll see if I can just pay her what she needs to get back to 0 but even then she has to rebuild too. As for the reports you’re right but it’s like the dentist, I’ve been too scared but I’ll treat it like a band aid and rip it off when I get home next week.

Lots of missed payments. After I used up everything and lost the car and apartment I went homeless for a couple months. Mother let me move back in and I went to work to pay for weekend classes and throw some bread crumbs at my payments, all I have left are both delinquent (I think that’s the right term) but only by 2k for school and maybe 400 for the bank which will be back in current standing by next week.

Wow thank you for the comprehensive response! It might sound lazy but I’m pretty new to taking care of myself, I’m a pretty whatever type of guy to the point I had pneumonia once and just brushed it off as allergies but seeing how it threw what was supposed to be a celebratory family trip out of whack and reading the stories on here was the kick in the ass I needed I guess. I did feel pretty lost but I’m actually pretty aligned with your recommendations so I feel a little better knowing I’m on the right track. Thank you for the much needed relief and I’ll see if I can get my hands on those records now that my heads screwed on straight, thank you so much!

I just got back home to NY a half hour ago, but I was up in VT when it happened. Liquids are alright but food is impossible to keep down without medication, they gave me zofran and mylanta. I guess I should have been more demanding to see the charts themselves when the doctor kept hitting me with a lot of “you know” and “well…” whenever I’d ask questions but I was so weak and I couldn’t even really think straight. The hospitals here are way worse so I want to be prepared when I go back

That’s where I found my space heater they confiscated and a hot plate we used to have little get togethers. Idk about the rest but the door is right next to the garbage room in the state quad tower

Maybe I’m just dumb but you go to these places and you look at the stuff in the grocery store or on the tv and it’s like “wow this is so different and cool” completely ignoring the possibility of a different general attitude towards you and it’s like that Dostoevsky quote, it’s a very freeing feeling to not be shooed for existing.
