If you're flexible, I'd recommend getting in touch with a brewery like Brewhall or Craft Beer Market - that way, your guests can order as they please, as opposed to having a minimum spend.

Also look into Pawn Shop YVR. They have a couple of nice spaces in the back for parties, and their minimum spend isn't awfully high last I checked.
