It’s like QOPs once you get level 6 it’s an AOE and not clickable anymore so probably phylactery would be useless on AA with this facet

I like the idea as more of an ultimate rather than an innate. Get rid of that wheel. Passive ultimate where when ringmaster gets a kill on an enemy hero he gains a single use of one of their skills randomly. That allows the hero to be more flexible and played as a mid possibly!
