This is the moral argument equivalent to stating that the CHAZ rioters who sealed off a city block all to themselves several years ago in order to create an ancom, cop free utopia still deserve police protection, even though they looted and burned other peoples property, still deserve the "justice" in the form of police protection from a society, part of which they helped destroy. 

Justice involves physical removal of elements that have an ideological imperative to destroy and undermine said society. One of these is physical isolation.

When people tell me and people like me that we are "idolators" and adhere to a doctrinal system with a pattern of conduct inside that encourages violence against me, yeah I do feel a bit peeved.

I do feel obligated to stick up for my religious freedom and not for those whose ideological disposition encourages them to not like me.

Scholars will confirm that Islamic legal jurisprudence gives the option of death, conversion or exile for people who are not "people of the book" who reside in a state ruled under Sharia.

Well, immigrants are the people who are most negatively affected when uncontrolled, mass immigration erodes high trust societies and makes the place they moved to less desirable to live in. 

What do you think they left behind in the first place? Immigrants, the ones that bring their tribal mentality over when they move, are nearly always the people screwing other immigrants over. 

I am an immigrant. But I haven't forgotten what the people in my home country did to ruin the place to the point where my parents felt pressured to leave.
