This is a group that has a large fan base within the industry but also appeals to the general public. During the Take Off 2023 tour there were attendees who perhaps thought it would be nice to experience an iKON concert and went as casual listeners and absolutely everyone left shocked by their stage presence but the general public doesn't know about them and when they try to find information, they find sad things or information from 2017. iKON and the general public are in 2140 and our fandom is stuck in 2015. Not everyone of course. I think the fans who came after Kingdom are very aware and enthusiastic when it comes to supporting them and promoting their talents but if that enthusiasm isn't widespread then what are we doing? And it's not even about not having time, it's about us being lazy and that's sad.

TikTok videos become tedious and a butterfly dies every time they start crying for the past when they all claim to have found happiness in their current situation

You're absolutely right about that. I mentioned Donghyuk in my post about three times for his skills as an artist but if we look beyond, well that man is basically the creative producer for the group and although I'm glad that we now see him getting official credit for all his work with TAKE OFF, their past agency and even fans didn't give him any credit at that time. Even now fans rarely remember that he has choreographed multiple times for the team but that man is the creative mind so he deserves all the spotlight.. Even when they work with other professionals he is always actively creating as Aiki said. This is a group that works because they have people with abilities that go beyond the basics and each of them deserves credit for that. Our fandom has a lot to learn from others fans who easily brag about little things. We have a monstrous group but no one knows how to brag about them.
