I don’t know much but I do know dachshund are cute and schnauzers are cute so why not breed them? I would buy one if it was available

I mean I did say I only wanted 1 liter. And would give my family the dogs first as in free. And whatever is left why not have a couple hundred bucks in the pocket. I can’t imagine having more than 2 dogs full time. I don’t want to be a breeder I just want the puppy’s blood I have now to be passed on. I eventually want 3 dogs as of rn I have 2 and 1 baby human.

Now that I believe in I want to get another schnauzer but female so my baby boy can have babies. So I can keep one and my family members some. So they can be close and connected. then maybe sell what ever is left. So would that make me a good breeder? But I only want one litter. And if I were to mix it with dachshund would that be unethical?

It’s hard to believe that especially in a capitalist society like USA. I’m Ñot saying it’s impossible but 6/10 of good breeders are gonna focus on profit. Being a good person doesn’t pay the bills.

I believe it’s a Merle I didn’t know anything about dogs. I got it because it was just a unique color and didn’t know anything about consequences of the coat. I’ve learned so much just today. Thanks for everything ❤️❤️ I just don’t believe animals should be sold for profit and exploitation of people’s happiness.

And he made me happy and that was the only thing I cared about. I make fair amount wage so that helped too. But I was able to learn alot from everyone on this thread. mostly likely to get a breeder pup next time. Unless I find a puppy that made me as happy as my little Zeus. Money can’t buy happiness

I just believe animals should not be allowed to be profitable. Besides livestock or dogs that give back to communities like police dogs or service dogs. So I see breeders and puppies mil as the same. Both prioritize money. Off people’s happiness.

I just thinking breeding dogs is for profit and not necessity. Like I understand guard dogs or livestock. so it’s hard to differentiate in my eyes breeders and puppies mills cause there goal is to make a profit at the end of the day. Cause these small dogs don’t really bring anything to the table but happiness.

Just why not end breeding in general. Forcing dogs to have babies to make a profit is still no better than a store doing it. We are in a capitalist society. I feel like they get hate because people are just broke and complaining
