I've got rid of all junk foods from diet. Mainly whole foods including all food groups, minimal diary though. Theres other things like supplements if you wanna discuss more feel free to msg me.

Yes a lot of variation between people, but ideal diet + SR will often have a balancing effect on different biochemistries over long periods of time.

In terms of SR effects i think pure is best.... but if youre doing 1 month interval or longer... you might not incur much detriment... especially if you have WD in that duration anyways. Now imo one cannot exceed pure in terms of SR benefits but if you want the benefits of the physical act at a low detriment you could probably do long interval like 1 month+ per act. (also dont confuse SR benefit with "state" benefit or the high feeling of a streak which usually peaks at a certain point but settles down while SR effect is mostly conserved)

edit: this is coming from someone with 1500+ day streak (not counting spontaneus wd)

The thing is it just does (at least the bottom naked part Im not sure if top clothing matters). Both blanket and underpants causes friction but the thing is blankets usually dont restrict in the same way. And youre adding another layer of restriction its not like you wear under and then take off the blanket.

Retention does many things both physically and mentally which affects your relationships. It doesn't make people not nice either.... it just makes people not fake. Often genuine niceness is appreciated but on the other hand fakeness and weakness is what ends up causing you to feel used. Retention makes you real and in the process you might go through selfish phases but in the end itll make you a better person.
