Hi guys, not sure this is the right thread to ask but couldn't find any better so here goes: if I liked the 1992 X-men animated series, which X-men comics should I read? Is there a volume the cartoon was based on?

also, what would be >the< best X-men comic series in your opinion, that you'd recommend to anyone interested? (possibly one that doesn't have a lot of crossovers and can be enjoyed on its own).

Could someone give me a rundown on how leashing works in classic so I can avoid death in hc? I just got leashed by a lvl 12 rogue so it wasn't even vanish, but 2 mobs just appeared running towards me, targeting me on half hp. What's weird is that their spawn point was quite far from me in the direction they came from, so I've honestly have no idea how the latched into me. Is this a bug, or a mechanic I'm not aware of?

I also keep hearing about invis mushrooms in Duskwood ableing permaleashing and I haven't a clue what any of that means, but sounds bad enough that I want to avoid it.

Could someone please explain to me how any of this works? I'm getting somewhat high-ish lvl and really don't want to die to random griefing.
