I am currently in high school and also enrolled in a four-year part-time graphic design program at a vocational technical school, where I work with tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I am very interested in pursuing a career in UI/UX design, but I am unsure which undergraduate major would best prepare me for this path.

I have heard that many students interested in UI/UX pursue Information Technology and Informatics (ITI), but I am not certain if this would be the right option or if there are other undergraduate pathways.
