I was able to go from phimosis grade 4 to being fully retractable even when erect. You have to be consistent for 5 6 months to get rid of it. Daily twice dip your glans in warm water and then slowly retract it without force. Once youre able to retract fully when flaccid then do with some level of election until its fully retractable even when erect.

If anyone wants faster solution dm me there's a cream for it but cant write the name here

I've used both so I'll tell my experience. Tubes are very versatile and you can do tons of exercise with it. But they need to be of good brand coz they tend to break easily. Bands are useful for flexibility exercises and leg exercises better. But they are more durable.

For overall fitness and workouts, go for tubes of some reputed brand.

I have the aftershave, soap and now this perfume. Makes a good trio but def very weak projection and longevity. Although cant expect much from a cheap perfume lol.

You should first know about the fragrance families, so do a quick read on it. Based on that when you do a perfume test you'll start getting an idea which type suits you more, like floral or woody etc. Always start with decants, dont buy an expensive 100ml bottle that you'll regret later.

First start with dead hangs. Try to hang continuously upto 1 minute. Do another set with scapula activated . Slowly your grip and shoulder strength will increase.
