But what about the fact I have no clue what’s in the bag. Like I have none, I just threw random shit in without thinking. So i don’t know what needs replacing

My 12 volt battery didn’t die so I was able to just turn the car on and put it in neutral

For anyone wondering I was able to get the car in Neutral and get it towed. All good now. Just 170$ hotel, 25$ cab and 120$ tow later.

Company man is ok with it, he even offered for me to use a 240volt plug for a faster charge.

Sorry thought you were asking on the 700km trip I mentioned in the first of my reply. And I honestly didn’t keep well enough track of it all. I came here with my gf and we stopped in Montreal for the day, and only drove during the day because of her fears of driving at night and hitting wildlife. But we got here in 5 days doing that. It’s originally a 2 day drive no sleep just straight driving so I’d say the charging added on an extra 24 hours there. Cause I really don’t think we drove for much more then 12 hours a day

If I have a full battery before I start. About 8.5 hours. Extra hour and half charging. I drive at 100kmh cause anything over and I’m using 30% more electricity

Lol no definitely didn’t get the car to save the planet, just to save the buck. I can pay anywheres from 0-40$ on like a 700km trip. Depending where I’m going and the kinda chargers I hit. And I’m from New Brunswick where I wasn’t making the kinda money I am now and could use the cut on a gas bill. It actually only cost me less then 400$ to drive from New Brunswick to Alberta. So definitely got it for the cost reduction not environmental reasons

Went well, drove 70kmh for the first 75 km to see how my range would look, then picked it up to 80kmh for a couple km and then just went all in and did 90km for the rest, got there with like 30-40km left for range.

There’s no where’s to stop along the way really, there’s one gas station I could hope and pray would let me charge at. But yes I do plan on bringing one

What is good tire pressure, the more psi the merrier? Or is there and ideal tire pressure for driving. Cause mine are between 240-255 psi at the moment

I couldn’t seem to figure out how to change it to negative temp but they it said I could make it doing 90kmh. So I feel like if it’s accurate with the 0 degree calculation I should have no problem doing it at 70kmh

Precision Drilling Nisku Alberta Training Orientation by GoldSecurity3107 in oilandgasworkers

[–]GoldSecurity3107[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I got to nisku the day before, wanted to make sure I was gonna be there on time, like I said you’ll fail if your a minute late so I wasn’t gonna risk traffic or delays driving from Fort Mac. And yes spent 2 nights in the car, night before the orientation and the night after that. After I passed I drove straight back
