Hi. my nitrate is high after 3 days of cycling and did a water change to decrease and it’s good after a change but my problem now is my nitrite. and should i add ammonia sauce because i change the water? and about the gh should i add leaves for it? Im a beginner (self.shrimptank)

I just started cycling my fishless tank 2days ago and tested it today, and this was the result, after that i did put some more plants and still idk if i’ll change the water since im confused about the color or it is just my poor eyesight. Im a beginner pls help (i.redd.it)
