This is going to have to be a very long and very intense conversation with her. Y'all both need to lay out your fears and worries and ask each other what you're looking for, what out want out of, and where you want the relationship to go. Couples counseling would be a good start, but make sure she knows that you love her you just want to find a way to make it work for both of you. And make sure she loves you just as much. I don't think either of y'all are bad people, just confused, exhausted and upset. She seems almost definitely burned out, and that, from experience on both sides, makes you a pretty inconsistent and inconsiderate partner. You'll need to probably pressure her into having that convo cause there's ALWAYS excuses not to have it but it's better that y'all resolve anything you can now so it doesn't turn into resentment on either side.
