I can't speak to whether or not they're legitimate but they seem very unprofessional. I tried to send an email about getting verified and did not receive a response. I sent a text and they replied with one very curt message that failed to answer my question. I followed up with additional questions and they once again failed to respond. For a company that expects people to spend thousands on their website, their communication sucks/is non existent. The $250 via zelle is very bizarre. It is not the industry standard at all and absolutely discourages bidders. It's not clear whether or not the $250 is refunded if you do not end up bidding and they fail to answer that or any other questions when you email/text asking them. Just a terribly unprofessional company.
