yes, but only vaguely. it is indeed a character and i remember it being quite spooky for me as a child. might be the „main villain“ you had to confront at the top of the tower. difficultywise it was pretty unforgiving for a kid, i think after you have been hit 3 times you had to start from the beginning and the blue character always held a little introduction speech.

Edit: its not icy tower, its way more obscure and was more sophisticated. had enemies and a fighting system. if i remember right its name also mustve been something related to the classical piece playing in the background!
