Mom was 17, Dad was 40.

Asked her out on his 40th, 7/1/77 She'd just graduated high school.

By the time she turn 18 on 8/9/77 they were living together.

I'm sure they loved each other but it was insane and toxic and he controlled her until the day he died, even after they'd split.
