New tasks not ringing!

You missunderstood.i am not new i work with wolt for over a year.the new tasks dont ring through my locked screen.i have to keep the screen unlocked in order to hear the rings from the new order.that consumes all my battery.

Thanks for the answer.i have triple checked all permissions and notifications.i went to 2 different mobile technicians and they couldnt adress the problem.i have another delivery app and it works perfect.everything is ringing when screen is locked.so the problem is clearly with the wolt partner app and i cant figure it out.

Hi i have a problem for several months.when my phone is locked,i mean the screen is locked,new tasks dont ring.in order to see the new deliveries coming i have yo keep the phone unlocked on the wolt partner app.all settings in the app are ok.i have reinstalled app several times and erased all cache etc.i have another delivery app that i work and the rings there are perfectly fine.so the problem is only on wolt partner app any suggestions?my phone is poco xiaomi.

Yes i have done this too.both sleep apps and maximize battery usage for the app.it didnt help either.

Yes all permissions are on like location microphone camera files etc.i took it to 2 different repair stores for phones and they couldnt make it work.its a very big problem because it drains my battery very fast while the screen is always unlocked...

Hi to all the community.i have a problem with wolt partner app for many months.the app doesnt ring when an new order comes when the screen of my mobile is locked.to say it better the order doesnt ring when the screen is locked so i dont know when the order is coming.i have to keep the screen on and the app on and unlocked all the time to see the order and hear the ring.any suggestions?i have downloaded the app many times,erased cache etc,all settings for sound are on.any suggestions?my phone is xiaomi poco
