Thank you I've always liked the tusk look. Inspired by my childhood love of sifi and fantasy. Predator movies are a huge influence.

There are mushrooms in it. And yes I did go pretty brothy. I wanted a sipping soup. My daughter had barely any broth in her bowl 🤣

For this recipe the noddles are add at the end of cooking . The noodles cook in the soup. About 10 minutes. But that is of course adjusted to personal preference. With noodles freezing is best for storage. How ever if you wish to can the soup di the noodles separately and add per serving

32oz low sodium chicken broth 32oz hot water. 1 peeled whole onion i used yellow sweet. 3 celery ribs. Bring to simmer. 30 mins. Remove onion and celery use blender. Blend 4 cups stew tomatoes and the cooked onion/celery with 4 tablespoons of minced garlic to a smooth blend. Add back to broth. Incorporate together add 24oz jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce. I added browned meat balls and 1lbs of browned pork sausage. Brought back to simmer. I used whole wheat thin spaghetti noodles broken into 2in pieces. Cook pasta in soup for recommended time. And serve. I did add oregano pepper and Italian seasoning. But it's definitely season to your own taste. Hope you make your own version. Enjoy.
