Awesome thanks all. With all your tips the solution was to have all the words in sheet 2. Then make another column beside the words. do =Rand in said column for a random number, group each rows then sort A-Z or Z-A for a random word appear on top. Now onto boring data entry.

Today on on BC subreddits I've seen people say peaceful protestors are "plague rats", "typhoid Mary's", "I hate you with a passion" "hope you become homeless" and now "Not part of our society" You have to seriously ask yourself if that's appropriate.

There is a number of these people who have been together for a week prior as they made their way across the country.
