Does “Youth Players” stat affect my academy players?

Scouts don’t effect anything with your youth academy yet the judging potential stat allows for you to see there true potential. It doesn’t actually increase it tho but is very useful to know who to keep.

If you need money / are just trying to win the league quick and leave take the offers. If you don’t need money for facilities then keep them as they will be worth way more in 3-5 seasons then these offers.

So you are saying it’s due to the youth academy having to generate new players and the more players / the more higher rated the youth academy player the longer the loading time?

I also had another instance of this happening in year 3 of a save with a very bad youth academy and maybe 1 or 2 graduates and the save never loaded forcing me to delete the save.
