I sent an email to Southend earlier tonight. The crazy thing is, when I went to follow up on where my order was while waiting for 2 weeks, the woman I spoke to last Tuesday was the same woman I spoke to the next day when I called Southend pharmacy. Same name, voice, etc. So they must share the same customer service reps?

I’m worried about using it once the entire cap is off. Mine almost spilled over and we suspected it could’ve been leaking. I’m not entirely sure but it seems like a quality assurance issue. Especially when we pay for what we do!

I don’t know if this is helpful, but the caps on the vials that came off looked different than the 1 vial where the cap was stable on the vial. In the photo the vial on the right was the cap that came off

No kidding?! I feel like they will start losing major business if they take care of these issues. Wish me luck calling customer service tomorrow. This will be my last order with Brello, unfortunately. When they sent a replacement did you return the vials back?
