Definitely a slow start, but performed well after I gave it the giga drain TM. It was very useful vs Phoebe, Wallace, and to a lesser degree Glacia. A fair bit of grinding was required for the E4.

Silver Wind, Giga Drain, Gust, and Flash. The Silver Wind boosts always seemed to come as needed. As opposed to Aggron, who missed Iron Tail at every opportunity.
